The Hanchangtai South China R&D Center Laboratory is located in Huizhou R&D Industrial Park. Closely targeting core material pain points of industrial chains including new energy, electronics and electrical engineering, and high-end equipment, the laboratory carries out targeted technical breakthroughs in material reinforcement and toughening, flame retardant modification, weather resistance improvement, as well as conductivity and insulation regulation. It continuously promotes the high-performance upgrading of general-purpose plastics and the specialized iteration of engineering plastics, empowering downstream industries to realize material localization and overall product quality improvement.
The laboratory is fully equipped with high-standard precision testing instruments imported from the United States, Switzerland and other countries, covering comprehensive testing dimensions such as compositional analysis, thermal properties, mechanical properties, environmental aging resistance, electrical safety and micro-morphology observation. A complete, standardized closed-loop system for material R&D and performance testing has been established.
Supported by complete hardware infrastructure, the laboratory accurately conducts material component analysis, thermal stability testing, rheological property testing, weathering and corrosion resistance testing, flame retardancy and insulation detection, as well as mechanical and wear resistance evaluation.
